Hi, I am Dominic, the group leader of Cleobury Mortimer MWAT, a supportive community group dedicated to encouraging open conversations and physical activity among men. My journey with MWAT began when I saw a flyer at a local service station. Having navigated a challenging period in my life just a few months prior, the group's mission deeply resonated with me, inspiring me to get involved. With 18 years of experience in education, I have always been committed to fostering personal growth and development. Recently, I furthered my dedication to helping others by qualifying as an internationally accredited confidence life coach. This new role has allowed me to blend my passion for mental health with my love for engaging in meaningful conversations. Listening to people's stories and asking insightful questions is something I truly enjoy, making my role at Cleobury MWAT a perfect fit. I am particularly passionate about mental health and believe in the importance of encouraging men to speak openly about their experiences and challenges. If you're looking for a supportive space to walk and talk, I warmly invite you to join us. Whether you need a listening ear or simply want to connect with others, you're more than welcome at Cleobury Mortimer MWAT.

Coleshill Walk

In-person · North Warwickshire

Hi, I'm James. I've lived in Coleshill for 9 years with my wife Claire and pet cat Simba, but I previously lived in Sutton Coldfield. I work for the Gambling Commission as a Senior Manager on the National Lottery team and I am a Chair of Governors at a local primary school. My hobbies include travelling, eating out, watching sports, playing board games and video games and watching films. I also enjoy quizzes and have appeared on 2 x BBC TV quiz shows. I have setup a Men Walking And Talking group as I want to meet more local people and get some regular light exercise. I also have some physical health issues which have affected my quality of life and have been challenging mentally.
