Aylesbury Walk

In-person · Aylesbury

Hi I’m Scott and I’m the Walk Leader for the Aylesbury group. I’ve been a walk leader with MWAT for just over a year now and seen the great things this brotherhood of men has achieved. Having suffered from mental health issues myself in the past I know how important it is to have somewhere you can go where you can feel lifted and loved. I heard about MWAT while attending the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society conference in 2024 and loved what they talked about. I knew there was a need for this style of organisation where I lived. We offer friendship, brotherhood and a shoulder to cry on if needed. We believe it’s ok to say you’re not ok, that big boys do cry, as men we’re too often told otherwise. Come join us on our weekly walk and join the growing number of men around the country walking and talking.

About support groups for men

Mens Network lists 295 groups for men interested in support across the UK. Each listing is a real group you can contact directly — some are beginner-friendly and welcome a turn-up trial session, others are established clubs for regulars.

Browse the groups above to find one that fits how you want to take part. Use the sort and view controls to reorder the list, and the related categories at the foot of the page to explore other ways men are connecting.

Every group on Mens Network is here to help men meet, build routine, and find support. If you run a support groupthat isn’t listed yet, you can add it so other men can find it.
