PANDAS Eastbourne
In-person · EastbourneCarol, Group Facilitator Room Set Up Everyone Welcome ** Closed 4th July due to personal circumstances** Running every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month 10:30 -12:00 Group Facilitator: Carol What inspired you to start your group? After having both my daughters many years ago I suffered badly with postnatal depression and I didn’t think I should bother my GP & health visitor so I suffered in silence. What does the building look like, and how will I know I am in the right place? Tesco is the very large store just off the roundabout with easy access on foot or car . There will be someone to greet you at the door. Is there parking or public transport nearby? Parking is plentiful and the bus stops actually outside. Any doors, buttons, or steps/ramps I should know about? The entrance is fully accessible to pushchairs, prams, wheelchairs and other equipment I feel a bit nervous and not sure if this is for me – The biggest steps are always the first ones! You will be in a safe space , no pressure to talk just come along , have a cuppa and biscuit maybe even cake and take it one step at a time. Is there anything else I need to know? You will always be greeted with a smile. Mums, dads, grandparents and children are all welcome. Make that first step for YOU XX

About family groups for men
Mens Network lists 148 groups for men interested in family across the UK. Each listing is a real group you can contact directly — some are beginner-friendly and welcome a turn-up trial session, others are established clubs for regulars.
Browse the groups above to find one that fits how you want to take part. Use the sort and view controls to reorder the list, and the related categories at the foot of the page to explore other ways men are connecting.
Every group on Mens Network is here to help men meet, build routine, and find support. If you run a family group that isn’t listed yet, you can add it so other men can find it.
