Venue New location from 15th July! Meets the second Wednesday of every month, 9am-10am What inspired you to start your group? Having had my own experience with perinatal mental health, I want to be able to use that to help others, and who just need somewhere to come and talk without judgement or stigma. What does the building look like? How will I know I’m in the right place? It is clearly marked, and has large, glass double doors at the entrance. Is there parking or public transport near by? The nearest car parks are Vineyard Street (approx. 200m away), Osborne Street, and the High Street car park. You can also reach it via any bus which goes to the High Street. Any doors, buzzers or steps/ramps I should know about? The doors are automatic and the entrance is completely accessible. I feel a bit nervous and am still not sure if this is for me – Give it a go; there’s no obligation to stay if you change your mind! I know how hard it can be getting yourself and a little one out the door so it’s a huge step just to get that far! Any other information – There is a free baby & toddler rhyme time group in the space straight afterwards, which you are welcome to stay for.
