Hi, I am Dominic, the group leader of Cleobury Mortimer MWAT, a supportive community group dedicated to encouraging open conversations and physical activity among men. My journey with MWAT began when I saw a flyer at a local service station. Having navigated a challenging period in my life just a few months prior, the group's mission deeply resonated with me, inspiring me to get involved. With 18 years of experience in education, I have always been committed to fostering personal growth and development. Recently, I furthered my dedication to helping others by qualifying as an internationally accredited confidence life coach. This new role has allowed me to blend my passion for mental health with my love for engaging in meaningful conversations. Listening to people's stories and asking insightful questions is something I truly enjoy, making my role at Cleobury MWAT a perfect fit. I am particularly passionate about mental health and believe in the importance of encouraging men to speak openly about their experiences and challenges.
