Men Walking and Talking

Hi, I’m James, the walk leader for MWAT Coventry. A walking group for men looking for a safe, relaxed space to support each other mentally and physically. I first joined MWAT in 2024 and quickly realised how important it is. There’s a lot of pressure on men to “toughen up” and hide how they’re really feeling, which can make it hard to open up. Walking together makes it easier shoulder to shoulder, not face to face with no pressure, no judgment, just fresh air and good company. Come walk, talk, laugh, and connect, dogs are very welcome too! Whether you’re looking for a mental reset, some company, or just a way to get moving, you’ll find a friendly, like-minded group here.
