Hi, I’m Paul, a Walk Leader with Men Walking And Talking. After losing my mum 15 years ago, I’ve lived with ongoing mental health struggles. I also understand the daily work it takes to stay well, and I’m proud to be sober for over 5 years. I’m an avid outdoors person and I love camping. Being outside has been genuinely therapeutic for me, and I really enjoy getting out into nature with my son and daughter. I also love going for walks with my wife. Working in the construction industry, I see first-hand how many men are carrying stress, anxiety, grief, and struggles in silence. I wanted to start a walk to genuinely give guys a place to feel safe, welcomed, and supported. Men’s mental health is a real priority for me. These walks are a space to talk, listen, or just keep moving together. Look forward to welcoming you on our next walk. Paul.
