Bromley PANDAS

In-person · Coney Hall

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month 7pm – 8.30pm Group Facilitator: Ellie The entrance Our space Ellie What inspired you to start your group? – I wanted to create the group that I needed when I was a new mum and finding things hard. I joined the PANDAS online support group and found it helpful, so when I saw the PANDAS Foundation was looking for new group facilitators (and luckily felt in a good enough place to do it), I got involved straight away W hat does the building look like, and how will I know I’m in the right place? – SJ’s is on a row of shops on the main road (Croydon Road). It’s in between the El Kervan kebab restaurant and the Ultimate Muay Thai gym. You’ll be able to see a banner for Bromley PANDAS in the window of SJ’s. Is there parking or public transport nearby? – On-street parking is in front of SJ’s – free from 7 pm (free but max. 1 hour before 7 pm). Coney Hall Car Park (off Kingsway, behind SJ’s) – free after 6:30 pm. It can be a bit dark in the winter, but it’s a good option in the summer. Any doors, buttons, or steps I should know about? Access via the street through the front door—no steps and accessible with a pushchair. Where can buggies be left? Are there toilets/changing facilities? – Buggies can be left inside. There is 1 accessible toilet with baby-changing facilities. What’s the atmosphere like when I walk in, and what should I do when they walk in? – When you walk in, you’ll hear chilled music, smell a calming room spray, and the lighting will be low. You’ll be welcomed by Ellie, who will make you a drink and invite you to sit down in a comfy chair. Once everyone has arrived and has a drink, we’ll make a start. Anything special about the group? – There’s no such thing as late at Bromley PANDAS (Ellie knows first hand how long it can take to leave the house!), but if possible, we like to start the session together as a group shortly after 7 pm, babies under 12 months are welcome

Chard Pandas

In-person · Chard

Everybody welcome. Meets on the last Friday of every month. 10:00 – 11:30 Group Facilitators: Megan, Tessa & Sophie Entrance Our Space Tessa & Megan What inspired you to start your group? – We were inspired to start the group because we understand how challenging being a parent can be. We want to offer a safe, warm and relaxed space for parents and carers to unwind and feel able to share the realities. What does the building look like? How will I know I’m in the right place? – Our session is based at Chard Community Hub in the Boden Centre. We are a big red brick building with the Boden Centre sign across the top of the door. Is there parking or public transport nearby? – Parking outside on the street (free for an hour). A car park is further down the road with a small charge. Any doors, buttons, or steps I should know about? – The door will be unlocked whilst the session is open, but we are upstairs. There is a working lift, so completely accessible. Where can buggies be left? Are there toilets/changing facilities? – Buggies can be bought upstairs in the lift and stored in the main room. We have lots of toilets, including a disabled toilet and a baby changing table downstairs. What should I expect when I walk in? – Expect a friendly welcome! There are no expectations for the group. You will be greeted by one of the PANDAS team, offered a drink and welcomed to join us.

About family groups for men

Mens Network lists 148 groups for men interested in family across the UK. Each listing is a real group you can contact directly — some are beginner-friendly and welcome a turn-up trial session, others are established clubs for regulars.

Browse the groups above to find one that fits how you want to take part. Use the sort and view controls to reorder the list, and the related categories at the foot of the page to explore other ways men are connecting.

Every group on Mens Network is here to help men meet, build routine, and find support. If you run a family group that isn’t listed yet, you can add it so other men can find it.
